🔒 Omnivox.cc cam kết bảo vệ quyền riêng tư của bạn. Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân cho bên thứ ba.

1Thông tin chúng tôi thu thập

Chúng tôi thu thập các loại thông tin sau khi bạn sử dụng dịch vụ:

2Mục đích sử dụng dữ liệu

Dữ liệu của bạn được sử dụng để:

  • Cung cấp và cải thiện chất lượng dịch vụ tổng hợp giọng nói
  • Xác thực danh tính và bảo mật tài khoản
  • Xử lý thanh toán và quản lý đăng ký dịch vụ
  • Gửi thông báo kỹ thuật, cập nhật sản phẩm (bạn có thể từ chối)
  • Tuân thủ nghĩa vụ pháp lý khi có yêu cầu từ cơ quan có thẩm quyền

Chúng tôi không sử dụng dữ liệu của bạn để huấn luyện mô hình AI mà không có sự đồng ý rõ ràng.

3Dữ liệu giọng nói — điều khoản đặc biệt

🎙️ Dữ liệu giọng nói là dữ liệu sinh trắc học đặc biệt nhạy cảm. Chúng tôi áp dụng biện pháp bảo vệ cao nhất.
  • File audio bạn tải lên chỉ được xử lý trong thời gian thực hiện yêu cầu
  • Giọng clone được lưu trữ mã hóa, chỉ bạn mới truy cập được
  • Không chia sẻ mẫu giọng của bạn với bất kỳ bên thứ ba nào
  • Bạn có thể xóa giọng clone bất cứ lúc nào từ trang quản lý
  • Khi xóa tài khoản, toàn bộ dữ liệu giọng sẽ bị xóa vĩnh viễn trong 30 ngày

4Chia sẻ dữ liệu

Chúng tôi chỉ chia sẻ dữ liệu trong các trường hợp sau:

  • Hạ tầng & lưu trữ: Modal.com (xử lý GPU tạo giọng nói), Cloudflare R2 (lưu file audio) — đều có thỏa thuận bảo mật dữ liệu. Cơ sở dữ liệu tài khoản do chúng tôi tự vận hành trên máy chủ riêng, không đặt ở bên thứ ba.
  • Tính năng lồng tiếng video: khi bạn dùng chức năng này, phần lời thoại trong video được gửi tới dịch vụ nhận dạng giọng nói (Groq) và dịch thuật (Google Gemini, NVIDIA, OpenRouter) để xử lý. Chỉ áp dụng cho nội dung bạn chủ động tải lên để lồng tiếng.
  • Phân tích truy cập: Google Analytics 4 — chỉ nhận dữ liệu lưu lượng website, không nhận nội dung bạn tạo (xem mục 7)
  • Yêu cầu pháp lý: Khi có lệnh của tòa án hoặc cơ quan nhà nước có thẩm quyền
  • Chuyển nhượng kinh doanh: Nếu Omnivox.cc được sáp nhập, bạn sẽ được thông báo trước

5Bảo mật dữ liệu

Chúng tôi áp dụng các biện pháp kỹ thuật và tổ chức phù hợp:

  • Mã hóa HTTPS/TLS cho mọi kết nối
  • Mã hóa AES-256 cho dữ liệu lưu trữ
  • Xác thực hai yếu tố (2FA) cho tài khoản quản trị
  • Kiểm tra bảo mật định kỳ
  • Phân quyền truy cập tối thiểu cho nhân viên

6Quyền của bạn

Theo quy định bảo vệ dữ liệu cá nhân, bạn có các quyền:

  • Truy cập: Yêu cầu bản sao dữ liệu cá nhân của bạn
  • Chỉnh sửa: Cập nhật thông tin không chính xác
  • Xóa: Yêu cầu xóa dữ liệu ("quyền được quên")
  • Hạn chế xử lý: Yêu cầu tạm dừng xử lý dữ liệu
  • Tính di động: Nhận dữ liệu theo định dạng có thể đọc được
  • Phản đối: Từ chối xử lý dữ liệu cho mục đích marketing

Để thực hiện các quyền này, email đến privacy@omnivox.cc. Chúng tôi sẽ phản hồi trong vòng 30 ngày.

7Cookie và theo dõi

Cookie thiết yếu: dùng để duy trì phiên đăng nhập và ghi nhớ lựa chọn ngôn ngữ của bạn. Không thể tắt vì đây là điều kiện để dịch vụ hoạt động.

Phân tích truy cập — Google Analytics 4: chúng tôi sử dụng dịch vụ Google Analytics 4 do Google Ireland Limited cung cấp để hiểu cách người dùng sử dụng website. Dịch vụ này thu thập: địa chỉ IP (đã được Google rút gọn/ẩn danh hoá), loại thiết bị và trình duyệt, các trang bạn xem, thời gian truy cập, và nguồn đưa bạn tới website (ví dụ công cụ tìm kiếm hay mạng xã hội).

Chúng tôi KHÔNG gửi nội dung cá nhân sang Google. Văn bản bạn nhập, file âm thanh, giọng nói mẫu và lịch sử tạo audio của bạn không bao giờ được chuyển cho Google Analytics. Công cụ này chỉ đo lưu lượng truy cập website.

Chuyển dữ liệu ra nước ngoài: dữ liệu phân tích được xử lý trên máy chủ của Google, có thể đặt ngoài lãnh thổ Việt Nam. Google cam kết tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn bảo vệ dữ liệu quốc tế.

Cách từ chối: bạn có thể (1) cài tiện ích Google Analytics Opt-out cho trình duyệt, (2) bật chế độ chặn theo dõi hoặc "Do Not Track" trong trình duyệt, hoặc (3) dùng chế độ ẩn danh. Từ chối phân tích không ảnh hưởng tới bất kỳ tính năng nào của Omnivox.cc.

🔒 Omnivox.cc is committed to protecting your privacy. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

1Data We Collect

We collect the following types of information when you use the service:

2How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

  • Provide and improve our speech synthesis service
  • Verify identity and secure accounts
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Send technical notices and product updates (you can opt out)
  • Comply with legal obligations when required by authorities

We do not use your data to train AI models without explicit consent.

3Voice Data — Special Terms

🎙️ Voice data is biometric data and is treated with the highest level of protection.
  • Uploaded audio is only processed during the request
  • Cloned voices are stored encrypted, accessible only to you
  • We never share your voice samples with third parties
  • You can delete your cloned voices at any time from the management page
  • When you delete your account, all voice data is permanently deleted within 30 days

4Data Sharing

We only share data in these cases:

  • Infrastructure & storage: Modal.com (GPU speech synthesis), Cloudflare R2 (audio file storage) — all have data processing agreements. Our account database is self-hosted on our own server, not with any third party.
  • Video dubbing feature: when you use this feature, the speech in your video is sent to speech recognition (Groq) and translation services (Google Gemini, NVIDIA, OpenRouter) for processing. This applies only to content you actively upload for dubbing.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 — receives website traffic data only, never the content you create (see section 7)
  • Legal requirements: When required by court order or competent authority
  • Business transfer: If Omnivox.cc is acquired, you will be notified in advance

5Data Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures:

  • HTTPS/TLS encryption for all connections
  • AES-256 encryption for stored data
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) for admin accounts
  • Regular security audits
  • Minimum necessary access for staff

6Your Rights

Under data protection regulations, you have the right to:

  • Access: Request a copy of your personal data
  • Rectification: Update inaccurate information
  • Erasure: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restriction: Request temporary halt of processing
  • Portability: Receive data in a machine-readable format
  • Objection: Opt out of marketing data processing

To exercise these rights, email privacy@omnivox.cc. We respond within 30 days.

7Cookies & Tracking

Essential cookies: used to maintain your login session and remember your language preference. These cannot be disabled as they are required for the service to work.

Analytics — Google Analytics 4: we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors use the website. It collects: your IP address (truncated/anonymised by Google), device and browser type, pages you view, visit timestamps, and the source that referred you (e.g. a search engine or social network).

We do NOT send personal content to Google. The text you enter, audio files, voice samples and your generation history are never shared with Google Analytics. The tool measures website traffic only.

International transfers: analytics data is processed on Google servers, which may be located outside Vietnam. Google commits to international data protection standards.

How to opt out: you can (1) install the Google Analytics Opt-out browser add-on, (2) enable tracking protection or "Do Not Track" in your browser, or (3) browse in private/incognito mode. Opting out does not affect any Omnivox.cc feature.
